We're going to Disney World!!!!
We finally booked our trip to Disney World in October for the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. We cannot wait! Southwest had some great fares, so we will be flying out on a Thursday night, and will spend the weekend at Disney! We finally decided on our hotel, too. We were going to stay at an EPCOT resort, either the Yacht or Beach Club but changed it up at the last minute - Polynesian Resort here come the Coffman's! :-) Chad is very excited because he's wanted to stay there for awhile, I agreed because we made reservations for O'hana for dinner. I think Chad also really wanted to stay at a Monorail resort - UGH! Oh well, In 3 1/2 months we will be in Disney.
On Friday we went to the Design Center to look at granite and cabinets for the house - we make our official decisions on these options next Thursday, but have a good idea what we will be choosing. The granite is a creamy color with black and purple (wine colored) veins through it. I'm very excited and cannot wait to get out of this apartment.
Last night at the pool was very annoying - there were a total of 4 hispanic children and 4 hispanic adults, all of them were in the pool in full clothing. They were obnoxious - yelling, screaming, running around among many other things. On top of that, you are only allowed two guests per unit. You tell me that there are 4 adults and 4 children living in one unit. So annoying. I cannot wait to get out of here - things had been so nice at the pool lately, it was so annoying to see it go downhill again.
On Thursday I went to meet a dog named Carter. He was SO adorable - has a phenomenal personality and is about two years old. Today Chad is going to meet Carter, I am so excited about this!!! Chad even came up with a name - Captain (Ironclad) Harry (Roberts) Coffman. Yikes!!!! It will probably be shortened to Captain or Cappy. Keep your fingers crossed that today going well!
